Furnished room rentals
Dose anyone have experience in furnished work force rentals by the room? Looking at a deal that is a triplex but owner currently has it all furnished and rents by room to traveling professionals at a min of 6months but normally 1 year. 8bed 11bath

@Justine Luo it rents more set up the way it is. It is a very weird layout and after seeing it in person it made more sense. There are good tenants with no issue with payments at this time. It would be something I would want to keep same set up.
