✨🎯 Monday Alignment 💛 | Week 10 🎯✨
Sixteen family members. One weekend. Zero Friday reset posts. And honestly? I have no regrets. This past Fourth of July weekend, I hosted my family and I made a choice, consciously, to put the phone down and just be there. Not building. Not posting. Not producing. Just present with the people God placed in front of me that weekend. And then I sat with that feeling after everyone left and realized something. I have spent a lot of these last few months asking myself how much I can get done. How productive can I be? How fast can I move while managing everything on my plate? And it was a recent conversation with my therapist that finally made something click. God is not after your productivity. He is after your faithfulness. I needed to hear that. And if I am being honest, I think some of you might need it too. We are in our build weeks. And I know for some of you it has been quiet. Maybe you have not shown up the way you planned 👀. Maybe you have been watching from a distance, wondering if your time here is actually moving you anywhere 👀. Maybe you are paying your monthly membership and wondering what you actually have to show for it 👀. I want to sit with you in that for a second. God gave you this vision. He is not measuring your output. He is watching how faithfully you steward what He placed in your hands, in the capacity you actually have, in the season you are actually in. 💯 Sabbath was not a productivity hack. Rest was not a reward for finishing. And the business He called you to build was never meant to be powered by hustle alone. So this week the question is not how much can you get done. It is how faithfully are you moving with what God gave you. That one shift changes everything. And this Wednesday, July 9th at 8:30 PM, we have something coming that I genuinely believe is going to help you move forward in a way that honors your capacity and the vision God placed in you. Our Build Your Personal AI Assistant workshop is designed to help you take the work you have already done in your participant guides and use it to build faster, smarter, and with a whole lot less pressure.

@Sherrika NewsomeWOW, thank you for sharing! I also took the weekend to bask in the moments of family time because I found myself feeling depleted. It was exactly what I needed to recharge. I'm so excited for Thursday!!
Friday Check-In : Resistance Follows Intention?👀
Happy Juneteenth ladies! I was watching a podcast earlier this month and the host said something... Resistance follows intention. I didn't hear anything after that because that threw my mind into chaos. lol. It got me thinking, how many times have we decided we were going to build something and all of a sudden there's no time, no energy or filled schedules? That's not an accident. Anything that's going to make a real difference is going to come with resistance. Which is exactly why I want you to really get into Week 7 of our curriculum this weekend. Sherrika's use of real life examples and scenarios is what makes this week stand out and so easy to do. The module breaks down exactly how to design the journey your offer takes someone on, step by step. Because most of us think about building. But what happens after someone says yes? Feel free to steal my plan: 1. Block out 30 minutes - 1 hour 2. Open up the participation guide from the classroom to work alongside it. 3. Document everything while watching the video 4. Put my transformation statement in the week 7 check-in post. I'll tell you this... even 20 minutes is you fighting back the resistance. You've got this. Now your turn, has there ever been something you wanted to do/build that came with a lot of resistance? How did you navigate it? Drop it below. 💛

I haven't always been the best at pushing through resistance, but I've noticed a real change since I made the decision to start Hey Girl. Honestly, I believe it's because I know this is bigger than me. There are moms depending on me, so I can't afford to focus solely on my exhaustion. Instead, I stay focused on the purpose, the impact, and the women I'm called to serve.
✨🎯Week 8 Monday Alignment Post 🎯 ✨
Happy Monday Ladies, So earlier this month, I celebrated fourteen years of marriage. Fourteen years of choosing each other, growing together, and figuring it out one season at a time. That's my man...my man...my man!😊 And then this past Father's Day weekend, in the middle of all the celebrating, my husband and I found ourselves having one of those honest conversations that sneak up on you when life finally gets quiet for a moment. We talked about how full our lives are right now. Kids. Businesses. Ministry. Community. All of it. And how the things that matter most to us — us — can quietly slip through the cracks when we are not intentional about protecting them. We are at a stage where we actually have to schedule things. Date nights. Real conversations. Intentional time together. That used to feel like something was wrong. Now I realize it is a sign that we are being wise about something we deeply value. Because what you do not protect gets postponed. And what keeps getting postponed starts to feel out of reach. This week in our Built With Purpose curriculum, we are doing something similar for your business. We are building the plan. Identifying what needs to be built, when you are building it, and putting it on the calendar like an appointment, nothing can move. Not because building comes before your marriage or your family or your rest. But this season of building is temporary. Protect the time now, and you get to the other side faster, with something real. So here is my question for you this Monday. What is one build appointment you are putting on your calendar this week and protecting like it matters? Drop it in the comments. Let's hold each other to it. Happy Monday. Let's build something worth protecting.💛

This week has already been incredibly busy. I can't believe it's only Tuesday—it feels like the weekend is approaching much faster than expected. Still, I'd like to set aside some time to sit down and strategize for my group's next event, as well as develop a more structured weekly system for managing our social media. Since I'm currently the only administrator, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. I'm constantly trying to stay on top of everything, especially while managing responsibilities
🧰 Toolbox Tuesday: This AI Prompt Could Save You Hours!
Hey Ladies, welcome to week 8! Over the last several weeks, you've been doing the important work of gaining clarity. This week, we're shifting from clarity to planning. We know planning is not the most exciting and one of the easiest ways to get overwhelmed is trying to figure out everything you need to build on your own. We've simplified it for you. It's time to use AI as a thinking assistant. Copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT or Claude: "I am building a [service/course/product/community] that helps [audience] move from [before state] to [after state]. Generate a complete build list of everything I need to create before I can deliver this offer. Separate the list into: • Must Build Now • Nice to Have Later • Future Improvements" That's it! Feel free to tweak further but remember that you're not building the perfect version. You're building the first version that works. If you try it, come back and share one thing that showed up on your build list that you hadn't considered before. 💻 Co-Working is tonight at 9 PM! If you've been trying to catch up on the curriculum, start your build, or strategize further, that's the place to be. Sometimes an hour of focused work can create more momentum than a week of thinking about it. Have you used AI to help you build your business yet?

One item that came up on my planning list was creating scheduled discussion categories to help increase engagement on the Hey Girl Facebook page. This wasn't something I had previously considered
Planning my first event
Hey ladies, pray all is well! I wanted to ask for some ideas and information on gathering sponsors for my first ride. I’m especially looking for food sponsors and wanted advice on the best way to approach businesses. Should I prepare a sponsorship letter or proposal?
