The goal was not to prove your idea or gather perfect data, but to listen for patterns, language, and real experiences from the people you hope to serve. By stepping outside of your own assumptions and having real conversations, you begin to see the problem and the transformation more clearly. Now it’s time to share what you noticed. 📌Check-In Prompt📌 👉🏾 Share one insight that stood out during your validation process. This might be: • A pattern you heard from multiple people • A phrase someone used to describe their struggle • A problem you realized was more common than you expected • A new level of clarity about the transformation you want to provide Keep it simple. Quick check-in for everyone this week. We've noticed that a few of you have felt stuck on the question “Who do I serve?” and we want to take the pressure off that a bit. You don’t need the perfect answer right now. What you need is a working direction so you can keep building. Clarity often develops as you start creating, testing, and interacting with real people. So today’s question is simple: Who are you choosing to serve for now so you can keep moving forward? Just a starting point. For example: • Couples looking for meaningful ways to celebrate special moments • Small business owners who need help navigating technology • Women who want to feel more confident and less stressed about money • Entrepreneurs who want to start assisted living facilities • Founders who want to start nonprofits Drop two things below: 1️⃣ What you are building 2️⃣ The working group you are choosing to serve We can refine later. Right now, we just need direction so you can continue building.

As we move into the final stretch of this quarter, I’ve reserved conference room space for two dedicated Build Days. These are simply focused blocks of time to work on what you’re building in person with some accountability. Friday, March 20 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday, March 21 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM The Berkleigh Middle River, MD 21220 Come for part of the day or stay the whole time. You’re welcome to attend one day or both, depending on what works for your schedule. This time is set aside for focused execution. You can use it to: • Record course videos • Write or finalize scripts • Outline your course or offer • Photograph products or content • Catch up on lessons and participant guides • Plan or organize your project The goal is simple: make meaningful progress toward what you’re building by March 31. There is also a community room available in the building if additional space is needed, although we will not be reserving it. Hey Everyone, we just realized that our March co-working sessions were originally scheduled for 8:30am rather than 8:30pm. Our Bad!
