Dearest Jessi, Thank you beautiful x Forever grateful for you, for this space of healing. I felt strangely wide awake, very conscious but still felt very relaxed tucked up in bed. I feel ready to continue with my evening (I have a ton of stuff to complete before tomorrow - stuff that is a huge chore for me & I often avoid until I literally can’t avoid it any longer but I feel calm about it. No panic. It is what it is. It’s okay for me to feel how I feel and I need to get it done. So now to press on & I will try to keep hold of this comforting blanket of serenity I feel now as I plough onwards x) Billie - who came to lie beside me as usual - is still in a deep, deep sleep - so beautiful to witness. She’s not moved an inch… in a blissful state. Big hugs with love always xx

Dear Jessi - thank you so much for this evening’s energy activation which, whilst I was in the midst of a mass of emails and admin, I had almost resigned myself to knowing I’d miss it ‘live’ but I kept looking at my watch and at 1758 I abandoned my endless chores, leapt upstairs to be present, to be with you …… 5 minutes in and Billie found me, curled up beside me as we both listened to your voice …. The next thing I knew was me being woken by Mum calling up ‘Katie, Eastenders is on. Do you want to watch it with me?’ I called down ‘no thanks Mum’ and looked at my watch - 1935!!! I had completely fallen into a deep sleep during the energy activation and I know I was in the midst of an amazing dream when I was snapped out of it & for the life of me cannot recall it at all. What a shame. But wow - the stopping, the sleeping had been so needed and so deep that now, at 0320am, I’m still wide awake! So now I’m going to replay it xx And no doubt will again at a later date so I can hear it all the way through. Thank you Jessi - for all your presence, your being, your love, your guidance & support, for everything xx I am so looking forward to 2026 and all that it brings with the Frequency Of Love ♥️ and all the magic you create & weave ♥️🫶🏻♥️ xx

Today I was rushing around - so much to do, too little time but I stopped myself in my tracks, looked at my window sill which has numerous crystals on it and reached out for the crystal I was drawn to and just held it, whilst pausing, whilst taking time to consciously breathe some deep breaths and thought simply ‘take time, make time, just breathe, it’s all that you need to calm the mind and decompress’ And so I did. And so I did. And so I did. I felt the warmth of an angel warm me from inside out. Not a hot flush. A reassuring warmth that told me I was not alone. It was so comforting. Thank you 🙏🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻 Hours later, from where I am typing now (at a care job where Eric is soundly snoozing whilst I’ve been cleaning the kitchen ) I stepped outside to place some plastic cartons in the recycle bin and there I was immediately wrapped in the warmth of the sun which made me stop. I closed my eyes, took time to breathe in the fresh winter’s air whilst being wrapped in a snuggle blanket of sunshine. Still too much to do. Never enough time to do all I need or wish to do but these moments of stillness are invaluable. xx

I looked up the crystal I had been drawn to this morning and it was green apophyllite with stilbite.
