There is only one Sriracha and it has a Rooster on the label. Fun fact, when I lived in California the factory where they make a lot of that was almost shut down because the air was always filled with hot chili powder and it was effecting the population in Riverside where is was being made. The people that lived down wind of the place were having really bad eye and nose issues.
