make a friendπŸ‘‡ (how to make biz easier, less lonely, and more fun)
my favorite part of this community... isn't the group calls or the free trainings and resources i give y'all or helping u get ur first paying clients or even helping some of u go full time in their coaching practice my favorite part is hands down THE RELATIONSHIPS and the coolest shit ever is when these online relationships go OFFLINE and u all start linking up in real lifeeeee building a biz is fun but building friendships while u build a biz is a gazillion times better less lonely, more fun, and tons easier also u never know what kinda collaborations and partnerships can form (like many have in this crew) i'm dropping some photos of people from this community that have met IRL now, my challenge to u is to drop where u live in the commentsπŸ‘‡ then look for other comments of anyone in ur area comment on their post make friends plan a meetup just like @Shannon Sullivan , @Ruth Levesque , and @Ashley Makela did or @Kelly Quinn and @Sarah Knodell or like @Ruth Levesque and @Joy Moses did or me, @Bobbi Stalnaker , and @Sydney Rinderknecht or @Michael Taningco and @Janet Mao etc etc don't be shy... make some friendssss

CATALYST client hot seat
this past week, i did a Hot Seat with @Shannon Sullivan in CATALYST! Shannon was a graduate of my microdosing πŸ„β€πŸŸ« container FLOW STATE and then immediately jumped into CATALYST to start working on her biz a couple months later and she has... - signed 2 clients within 24 hrs of each other ($3200 in a day... not too shabby) - started a local community running group - launched a Substack - started hosting monthly meetups for entrepreneurs w/ @Ruth Levesque and @Ashley Makela (am i missing anyone??) - partnered with @Savanah Vasile - decided to launch a podcast with a few other CATALYST clients - and is working on a snail mail project girl is doing A LOOOOTTTT (obvi) & i have good news...... i have the recording! SOOOOO if u wanna hear Shannon share about what's working for her, what's she's learned, and the biggest things that have shifted for her since starting her own biz comment "HOT SEAT" and we'll send ya over the replay πŸ”₯

Offer clarity and feedback πŸ˜„
Hey everyone! I've been working on clarifying my 4 P's and and would love some feedback. Person: women, stuck in survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, look'fine’ externally but feel empty, emotionally exhausted Problem: feels disconnected from her body and identity, doesn't recognize herself, emotionally overthinks or shuts down, once peace but doesn't know how to slow down safely Promise: support women and peeling back the layers, changing survival patterns, finding inner peace and trust, and discovering the woman they're meant to be Process (this is not done super in depth yet): RETURN Method Restore the body Examine the masks Trust yourself again Uncover Inner Strength Reclaim your identity Nourish your new life My thought is to turn this into either a 6 or 12 week program, weekly either group sessions or one-on-one for a combination of both, also considering offering it in person. In a nutshell: I help overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, exhausted, and disconnected women reconnect to their peace, strength, and inner trust through my RETURN method so they can show up powerfully and whole for themselves, regain control of their lives, and live with purpose and passion. My biggest personal block right now: wrestling with fear myself and feeling like I don't know enough to actually host a program like this and to support women in self-discovery, growth, and healing.

@Jenny Landis I actually just started brainstorming how I would structure a moms group!! I think I want it to just be a free, supportive, in-person space for Mothers, to start out and learn and grow. I'm leaning towards creating a Skool community also😬

@Cassandra Schiller so. I put out a video post on my business FB page....nothing yet. I just shared it to my personal page. I was keeping it pretty separate but....I know a lot of mothers outside of who has followed my business page. A win for me: not feeling overly discouraged and giving up since the first post didn't have anyone message for pro-bono sessions
how to start your nurse coaching biz in 2026
in this video, i'm covering common mistakes I see in the space how to avoid them what to do instead and how to create an ecosystem that attracts ur people what's ur #1 takeaway from this?

Several nuggets (againπŸ™ƒ) First, just before I listened to this, I was listening to a Tony Robbins books and he said something along the lines of "the more you believe in your goal, the more you attract the right people, the right coaches, the right role modules, in your life who can help guide you more quickly to your goals". I've been doing a visualization practice for almost 2 months and things are definitely moving now. Second: in-person, community spaces. Online is great and can be so helpful (like this group) but I love in-person for connection, socializing, and togetherness. Third: knowing your stances, worldviews and not being afraid to say them, especially if it's something that causes controversy (but not for the sake of creating controversyπŸ˜‰). So, since this is a safe space, here is mine: it is perfectly acceptable to have a parent (for me personally, mothers, because I am a mother), stay home, cook good, healthy, whole foods to nourish the family, raise children, and care for a home. This is not failure. This is not oppression. This is not anti-feminism. Rather, it is an acknowledgement of the true mental, emotional, and physical demands of raising a family and having a home. Allowing mothers (or fathers in some cases) to step fully into a role that requires more than 60 hours a week of your energy. It is choosing to stop depleting yourself at a job that leaves the dregs of the coffee for your family. Feminism shouldn't be "be a CEO and work 60 hours/week and also raise your family". Feminism doesn't have to take women away from what they want to do. If your dream life is working 40+ hours a week and having a family and that lights you up, then amazing πŸ’—πŸŽ‰ if your dream life is raising your children, cooking at home, prioritizing family time, and not outsourcing all of your energy to your job, then amazing πŸ’—πŸŽ‰ own it. Do it. We aren't meant to carry the weight of multiple full time jobs πŸ’— Thank @Micah Walker for this space to share what we find when we go deeper in ourselves

@Micah Walker i am.....leaning into saying them. I have not yet put them out there. That feels big for me, especially because I have only recently come to realize that this is where I have come in my own life
Leah's journey to $40k/months
Leah came to me with a big goal: "I want to hit $40k/months" hell yeah. "let's do it" she started in a microdosing πŸ„β€πŸŸ« program i was running and we started meeting for 1:1 sessions at this lake near my house within 8 weeks she was hitting $40k/months 🀯 but we barely touched her strategy most of our focus went towards WHO she needed to be to create that level of success we worked on HER her beliefs around money her identity her nervous system her energy on calls with prospects the emotional patterns that were driving her life now, $40k/months are her new norm i thought it would be fun to do a lil interview with Leah in the park so u can hear from her what it took and the qualities she stepped into to create this i've been doing more of these outdoor episodes on the podcast who has been checking them out on Spotify?!

@Micah Walker several πŸ˜… Definitely resonated with buying things, not following through or fully committing. Accepting that I have to do it myself (which i knew...but doing it in real life has been more challenging than I expected). Recognizing the financial investment beyond the collective program to get this to actually take off. Its okay to be uncomfortable. I just have to do it anyway, which is something I'mreally working through and has been a big challenge in all of this. Emotions are signals, not good or bad, that guide us when we listen. Be patient, stick with it. Law of attraction, living how I want my life to be, and being mindful of things falling into place Just a few nuggets πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚

@Micah Walker Taking action despite being uncomfortable. I'm working on reframing some language from 'intimidated' to 'daunting' to feel less harsh and fearful. It's daunting to put myself out there, daunting to create my waitlist and post it and get people in it.
