Castor oil & Rose Water Skin Care
So i introduced to my mother, castor oil for her eyes and face. So this is just an update on the face. She did castor oil for a month and it was smoothing out skin around her eyes. Shes 70 by the way! Following month i did a little research on how the castor oil was working. Says it locks in moisture on the skin. So the next month i recommended rose water for my mum to put on before the castor oil. And honestly i saw her the other day and its been maybe 2.5 months since castor oil, and im shocked at how young her skin is looking and smooth. I dont think i could see wrinkles in her face anymore either. Im thinking i need to take my own advice haha and get with the program! 😅😆

🌿 Liver Flush Results Are In… So Proud of This Community!
I just want to take a moment to say how incredibly proud I am of everyone who participated in this round of the liver flush. You all showed up, stayed committed to the process, and supported your bodies through a powerful detox. The results across the group were honestly incredible. So many of you released: 🟢 Liver stones 🟢 Bile sludge 🟢 Parasites 🟢 Liver flukes 🟢 Years of stagnant waste When bile starts flowing properly again, the body can finally move out what it has been holding onto. This is why supporting the liver is such a powerful step in detox. Inside the detox group we guided everyone through: ✨ Liver preparation and bile stimulation ✨ The full flush protocol step-by-step ✨ What the stones actually are and why they form ✨ How parasites and liver flukes are connected to bile stagnation ✨ How to support elimination safely ✨ What to do after the flush to keep detox pathways open ✨ Transitioning into the parasite cleanse Watching everyone go through this together and share their results has been amazing. Thank you all for trusting the process and allowing me to walk alongside you on this journey. I’m so proud of every one of you. 💚 Want to Go Deeper? If you’ve been wanting to detox your body and take it to the next level, this is exactly what we do inside the community. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE FOOT SOAK 👣
I’ve seen this going around and I want to clarify it properly. Yes, I actually do suggest hydrogen peroxide foot soaks. They are supportive. Your feet have thousands of nerve endings and pores, and when you soak them in warm water with diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide, it helps: • Reduce surface toxins • Support fungal or bacterial issues • Increase circulation • Oxygenate the skin • Reduce swelling It can assist the body in releasing surface-level waste and support local detoxification. However, this is not deep heavy metal detox. It is not pulling metals out of your organs or replacing liver detox pathways. Deep detox happens through: • Liver • Kidneys • Lymph • Colon This is supportive care. Highly suggested? Yes. To be overdone? No. What You Need: • Warm water (enough to cover your feet) • ½ cup 3% hydrogen peroxide • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons sea salt How To Do It: 1. Fill a basin or tub with warm water. 2. Add ½ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide. 3. Add sea salt if desired. 4. Soak your feet for 10–15 minutes. 5. Rinse and pat dry. 6. Moisturize after if needed. Frequency: 1–2 times a week is more than enough. Overuse can dry or irritate the skin because hydrogen peroxide is oxidative. How It Supports: • Helps cleanse the surface of the skin • Supports reduction of bacteria and fungus • Encourages circulation • Can reduce mild swelling • Softens dead skin This is a supportive tool for foot care and gentle cleansing. Use consistently but avoid overuse. Use it as a supportive tool, not as a miracle hack. Intentional. Balanced. Smart.

@JoJo Light when it says enough water to cover your feet, approximately how much water is this? I want to make sure Im getting the right concentration of water to 3% hydrogen peroxide.
