Missed a Call? Replays Are Up
Hi everyone 💛 Just a quick reminder that the replays are available for the last 2 weeks inside the group. If you missed a call live (or want to rewatch and practice again), you can catch up anytime. And if you do watch one, comment “replay” and share your biggest takeaway so we can support you.

@Sarah Mount Oh wow, thank you for sharing this so honestly. And I LOVE that you caught the “time travel” piece because that is such a powerful awareness shift. 🙌 Also, what you described makes complete sense. When your nervous system learns “this is unpredictable,” it goes straight into protection mode. So the moment you feel the first sensation, your brain tries to solve it by scanning, calculating, counting steps, planning exits, and bracing for danger. Not because you’re doing anything wrong. Because your system is trying to keep you safe. And you nailed the trap: Your attention leaves the present, your body stays here feeling anxious, and the loop tightens. The fact that you can recognize it while it’s happening is HUGE. That means you are not stuck. You are building awareness in real time, which is the doorway out. Here’s what I want you to try in the moment, super simple: 1. Name it: “Time travel.” 2. Come back to ONE sensation on purpose: feet on the floor, hand on your leg, or your breath in your nose. 3. Use your anchor for 2 to 5 seconds. Not to force calm, but to signal safety. Even if it doesn’t fully stop it at first, you are interrupting the pattern. That is the win. I’m really proud of you for working on your anchor. And thank you again for sharing this. I know this will help other women feel less alone too. 💛

Something I want you to hear today...
I want to share something that matters, especially if you saw the live scheduled and didn’t feel like joining. Nothing went wrong. This space is not built around showing up at the “right” time, having the energy, or being ready to speak. For many people with MS, even deciding whether to attend something can activate the nervous system. - Questions start running. - Energy drops. - The body hesitates. That hesitation is information. Not a failure. Yesterday’s conversation was about MS fatigue not being a lack of energy, but a system that’s been working very hard to protect you. ~ And sometimes protection looks like staying quiet. ~ Watching from a distance. ~ Waiting until it feels safer. That’s allowed here. So today, instead of asking you to catch up or do more, I want to ask one gentle question: What does “rest” actually feel like in your body right now? Not what you wish it felt like. Not what you think it should be. Just what’s true. You can answer with a word, a sentence, or not at all. Reading is participation too. This space is here when you’re ready. 💛

A Different Kind of Beginning
Welcome. Before anything else, I want you to know this space is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself. What made you decide to join right now? One sentence is perfect.
