@Gabrielle Judge Amazing!! Loved it!! You will do so great!! The content flows. The message is clear. It's on point and explains well how the brand arrived. And yes, Ted talks are so short. My only piece for consideration is to refer to generational differences (when not quoting exact stats) is to call it a mindset. I'm 44, technically GenX, definitely more like an elder Millennial, yet from a work place perspective I'm sooo down with this Revolution (capital R!). It's rarer to see the older generations onboard (esp Boomers) but would definitely like to think of it as a "mindset" rather than encapsulated by birth year age brackets. You're going to smash this!!! 😍

“What are factors from the call that you would change?”
Above, is the last question in my weekly partnership notes that I’m supposed to send via email. Gabrielle has given me the confidence to answer, for the first time in my almost three years of working here, with, “I don’t think I need to change anything from this particular call,” instead of making up an answer to appease upper management. I feel good.

Do you actually believe US companies will adopt a 4 day work week?
I keep seeing articles about large corporations testing out the 4 day work week idea. As much as I would love to see this and do believe we could be heading for a workers revolution of some kind, I still don’t see how this will work in the US, given the immense power large corporations have over politicians and the workforce in general. Thoughts?
