Today, after the 5 minute practice, I had a feeling of doing some more breathing imagining bad feelings going out (while exhaling) and the corresponding good feeling comming into my body(while inhaling). ex.: breathing out guilt, breathing in responsibility. After that, I felt like holding on the exhale and feeling this big hollow spreading inside of me and then, breathing in light, love … It felt so good!!!

I’m still too attached to my thoughts, it is very dificulta for me to get connected to my breath only… Does anybody else feel like that? Also, I yawn a lot when I do breathwork
