Question about "automatic" unsafe body responses/reactions that unbalance my fields So I often will get quick unsafe responses in my body that will create patterns of tight tense and not breathing or being grounded in my current safe moment. I will gather awareness yet my body will be in a very primal state of flee or appease that is difficult to know how to address. I have a sense these are signals to me that I have not been full enough of my own love or presence or even that I focus more on the external vs internal knowing of safety.
