Question about "automatic" unsafe body responses/reactions that unbalance my fields So I often will get quick unsafe responses in my body that will create patterns of tight tense and not breathing or being grounded in my current safe moment. I will gather awareness yet my body will be in a very primal state of flee or appease that is difficult to know how to address. I have a sense these are signals to me that I have not been full enough of my own love or presence or even that I focus more on the external vs internal knowing of safety. Christel & dear Family can you speak a bit more about how else I can build up my energy fields and maintain or reset my own fields so that I am less available for other people's unsafe Or my own learned patterns of dense energies that are coded as unsafe or even familiar patterns of dependency on parents that were met with as unwanted or unsafe. These days it's as if the density of patterns shift so suddenly that I feel ill equipped to deal with my head & my heart. Grateful for feedback. 💜

Lately, I’ve been getting more intentional about my energy—focusing on gratitude, meditation, and keeping a positive mindset. I’ve noticed that when I’m in that higher, lighter state, I feel different: my mood lifts, my body feels calmer, and things seem to flow more easily. It makes me wonder what’s actually happening beneath the surface—what’s changing physically or energetically when I “raise my vibration”? Hi @Christel Hughes and our beautiful community❤️ I have an inquiry 🧐 ~ I for many years talk to spirits, my shaman training plus other energy work & my work as a Funeral Director (retired) plus End of Life Hospice ~ I’ve been surrounded by death and dying since a very young age. I have been seeing static similar to tv static and many spirits trying to come through all at once, this is not a fearful space but feels anxious.
