@Christel Hughes hi Christel I was just making a reflection about detoxifying the body. Do you see this proces 1:1 , I mean by that if for you cleansing on physical level is equal necessary then on soullevel( information level) or you believe you can clean and detoxify without working in the body. For me its a yin yang exercise, we need both. I meet people doing a lot of spiritual work trying to heal only from soullevel/ energy without bodywork. I know the soul is the boss and heart mind and body will follow but its difficult to believe you can only work on that level. What is your vieux on that? Thank you so much 💖

@Amanda Hopkins hi dear Amanda. Thursday night after your cellular repair workshop i experienced such an intense pressure on my throth and upperchest. I had to go out of bed, it felt like I was going to soffucate, i could mearly brearh. I thimk i needed to release from that chakra some persistant energys I would love to receive some insights about, also @Christel Hughes if you see something insightfull for me would be very happy . I would luv any insight on why this new number has started appearing , my spiritual peep, has sent me a bunch of videos , w different explanations , one was it’s a vibration u have , another said it’s 6 n 7 chakras 6 being 144 petals and 7 chakra 100,000 , another explained its sacred geometry , lol it’s also 12 x 12 but it just started showing up like crazy in November of this year, it’s literally all the time now like 10 times a days . Hello @Christel Hughes Can you tell what the difference is when a person has let's say a craving for something sweet vs. salty or caffeine vs. alcohol? Curious to know if they carry energetic themes of patterns or paradigms. Thank you so much for your genius. Thanks for bringing forward the Cravings program it's done wonders for me. I've seen a definite shift in how I even approach food and habits, but also it's taken away some cravings altogether now. You're the Best thank you for all you do. 💙
