๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Question for the builders โ€” where did you learn to he technicalities?
Iโ€™ve been diving into tools like Voiceflow and Retell, testing real call flows and latency. But most tutorials I find are focused on sales strategy and mindset, not the technical side โ€” the integrations, logic, APIs, and data flow that make a voice agent actually work in production. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you know any solid learning resources that go deep into the technicalities of building voice agents โ€” not just the sales process? Would love to build a proper roadmap for mastering this craft.

@Mariusz Kurylo thatโ€™s what I have been doing lately, huge difference between learning then applying, and learning by doing and failing

A dead-simple way to build a call-routing voice agent (free templates)
Iโ€™ve built and sold over $30,000 worth of voice agents and automated 50,000+ calls โ€” hereโ€™s how I set up reliable call routing in Retell without overthinking it. I keep seeing builders struggle with multi-department routing. Hereโ€™s the small framework that solves it: What it does - Detects caller intent (sales, support, billing, or โ€œtransfer to humanโ€) - Routes the call to the right department - Optional: routes to the exact staff member the caller asks for - Handles fallback if the transfer fails How it works - Add a routing logic section in the prompt with simple wording - List out phrases that map to each department - Add phone numbers for each department or staff member - Include a โ€œplease hold while I transfer youโ€ node before handoff Why it works - The AI gets clear examples โ†’ fewer misroutes - Callers reach the right person faster - No more one-number bottlenecks - Easy to scale from 1 rep to 50+ staff members I've also got these 3 templates (single transfer, multi-department, and staff-level routing) available as well so feel free to send me a DM, happy to share them!

your killing it brother, keep going. I will be Dm'ing you for those templates, sound like killer templates
If you had to make your first $1,000 selling just one automationโ€ฆ what would you build and why?
Imagine this: Youโ€™ve got all the tools โ€” n8n, ChatGPT, maybe a few APIs. No boss. No client yet. Just your brain and your laptop. You need to sell ONE automation that solves a painful problem and gets you paid. So Iโ€™m curious ๐Ÿ‘‰ What automation would you build first โ€” and why that one? Would it be: - A system that scrapes leads from Google Maps? - A CRM follow-up automation for small agencies? - A content repurposing workflow for creators? - Something completely unique? Drop your idea below ๐Ÿ‘‡Letโ€™s see whoโ€™s got the best โ€œ$1,000 automationโ€ idea in this group ๐Ÿ”ฅ

@Aryan Chaudhary Perfect starting point, but do you adapt your services to clients pain points, or do you have one solid service and you look for clients that have this one pain point in particular and solve it for them?

@Aryan Chaudhary Nice, I plan on doing the opposite but both work very well if done properly i think, so what is your go to tool stack that you would take to war with you haha, the indispensables?
Personal assistant best tools?
