I hope everyone is feeling like life is back to normal (well, as normal as December can be). Thanksgiving leftovers are finally all gone. The dogs were happy to oblige. Two days with some detoxing recipes has really helped. Are you feeling like you are back on track in the kitchen and with work?

Ditching the 'Franken-foods'
Just curious, what is one ultra processed or 'Franken-food' that you have removed (or are trying to remove) from your diet and what impact has it made so far?

It's so smooth . I have this for the protein. I sweeten it with agave. I love maple Syrup but it's so expensive over here.

I add banana or dried fruits but not a lot. Maybe I will try cooking down some apples? I have had to just look up Lebnah.
