Great tips here. Never thought about cutting a meal in half. There is nothing worse than having eaten a big meal and feeling sluggish!
Cool video about longevity and heart rate zones!!
Here’s a great video i listened to today on the way home from the gym! https://youtu.be/xSY4NWO3f8U?si=cvBKoSlVjOHPS0lr

Just watched this. Interesting. If only more people would realise that exercising helps with illnesses.
Motivation Won’t Always Show Up — That’s Why You Need Structure 💪
🔹 Have a “Bare Minimum” Plan Even on low-energy days — get your steps in, hit your protein, and move your body for 10 minutes. That’s it. Small wins add up big time. 🔹 Stop Chasing Perfect — Build Identity You’re not “on” or “off” your plan. You’re someone who takes care of their body no matter the zip code. 🌎 🔹 Focus on Wins, Not Slip-Ups Every healthy decision you make on the road is a deposit toward your results. Don’t chase perfection — chase progress. : What’s one non-negotiable you’re committing to this week? (Mine: 8K steps a day and at least 100g of protein — no excuses 👊)

@Ryan Bourgeois I think for me the not going to the gym is when I have lost the motivation and just cant be arsed to be fair! It so tough when the body aches just by moving and you need to do stuff you havent done so its not the habit you had. Does this make sense. Since being in the menopause its changed my desire to go. I need to do it but I just dont enjoy it anymore at all. Any thoughts on this. I know I need to do weights and build a strong body. I have the foundations here I just dont have the desire that much , which is a problem!

@Ryan Bourgeois Thank you for sharing this. I will watch this in a bit. I am most definitely struggling with motivation.
Nutrition Rules!!!
Hey Ryan! Thank you so much for laying all of that out in the classroom so simply!!! Last summer I got rid of all the processed foods from my diet. (It was a slow and messy transition) but once I got there magic happened! I started shedding fat and my energy was through the rough! Unfortunately, slowly I built back bad habit but I'm ready to get back to it and that "course" was the spark I needed to remind me how simple it was! (Not easy, but simple!) Thank you!

@Ryan Bourgeois Ha ha yes. Somethings are shocking. I had a protein bar a while ago and it was so full of sugar my teeth were screaming. Its was awful. Made me feel so unwell!
🍔 Travel Nutrition Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated ✈️
Most people think traveling = losing progress. But the truth? You don’t need a kitchen or perfect meal prep to stay on track — you just need awareness and strategy. Here’s how to simplify your nutrition on the road 👇 🥤 1️⃣ Always carry protein — bars, shakes, jerky, even tuna packs. Never get caught hungry. 🥗 2️⃣ Build balanced meals anywhere — aim for protein + veggies + smart carbs + healthy fats. 🚫 3️⃣ Don’t skip meals — it usually leads to overeating later. 💧 4️⃣ Prioritize water — dehydration mimics hunger and zaps your energy. 🧠 5️⃣ Aim for “good enough,” not perfect — small consistent choices beat big temporary efforts. You don’t have to diet to make progress — you just need structure that adapts to your schedule. Drop a comment 👇 and tell the group: ➡️ What’s your biggest struggle with eating healthy while traveling? ➡️ Or what’s one go-to food you rely on when options are limited? @Ryan Bourgeois That makes sense. I do not go away very often. Once a year maybe for a proper get away . 3 is a good number.
