Nutrition Rules!!!
Hey Ryan! Thank you so much for laying all of that out in the classroom so simply!!! Last summer I got rid of all the processed foods from my diet. (It was a slow and messy transition) but once I got there magic happened! I started shedding fat and my energy was through the rough! Unfortunately, slowly I built back bad habit but I'm ready to get back to it and that "course" was the spark I needed to remind me how simple it was! (Not easy, but simple!) Thank you!

@Jenni Lynn Here was how I attempted it and it may not work for everyone but it worked really well for me. I started calling processed foods: chemical foods. The thought of ingesting chemicals that weren't good for me made me question things I put into my body. Then I simply kept it easy. If it had ingredients I could pronounce and could buy individually, I ate it. If it didn't ...I didn't. It worked awesome. Then life changed a bit and we slowly called processed foods: treats and it was a slippery slope!! I guess my main takeaway (and I'm just piecing it together here...so thanks for asking!!) is that the way I labelled the foods matter! I'm going to try this again and simply become aware of the story I am telling myself about food!!

Hey everyone!!! My name is Leigh and I'm from Canada and my favorite type of exercise is walking! Mind you I'm trying to get into strength training! I have a total gym that I've been trying to use 3-4x a week!! I used to also love doing kettle bell swings throughout the day! Lol This is me during one of my walks! Lol (I guess I could stand to take my fitness a bit more seriously) Excited to be here!!!
