@Dana Andrews I need to look at some reading material for this. Thank you for the recommendation. I need to work out what I really want to do. I am battling with this . I am not sure I actually know. I do know however I 100% want to work helping people. Possibly in this space.

Your Brain and Time Management
🧠 Your Brain: The Ultimate Time-Warping Comedy Machine Imagine your brain as a slightly neurotic time management consultant who's had too much coffee. Every 90 minutes, it basically throws up its hands and says, "I'm DONE! No more productivity!" ⏱️🎢The 90-Minute Productivity Rollercoaster When you work beyond 90 minutes, your prefrontal cortex starts acting like a tired toddler: - Rational thinking? Nope. - Clear decisions? Not happening. - Stress hormones taking over? You betcha! 🏅Dopamine: The Brain's Sneaky Reward Dealer Your brain is basically a dopamine junkie that gives you a tiny celebration every time you complete a task. (Woo!) But here's the twist: scrolling Instagram for 20 minutes gives you the same reward hit as finishing a work project... BUT you didn’t get anything done! Now you have to still do the thing you were procrastinating on with a tinge of guilt. (Skip the scroll people!) Neuroscience: Where comedy meets complexity! Pro tip: Every 60 to 90 minutes of focus, set a timer and take a mental break. Do some breathing exercises, get up from the desk and stretch or simply stroll for 2 minutes. You'll come back to your tasks more refreshed mentally, physically and emotionally! Don't worry, I'm building out an entire module for time management to decrease stress and overwhelm so we can thrive, focus and produce - happily! More to come soon...

From Processed to Fresh
@Dana Andrews I hope this is ok, better late than never, I guess. Going from processed foods to fresh, home-cooked meals has honestly changed so much for me, both mentally and physically. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my digestion, I don’t feel as bloated, and even my joints don’t ache like they used to. The transition was actually easier than I thought because I’ve always loved using fresh ingredients and mixing up different flavours. Since making the change, I’ve lost 3 stone and I’m now working on my last 14 lb! 🥳 It’s amazing how much our food can affect not just how we look, but how we feel.

What's your favorite?
I'd love to know what kind of movement is your favorite. Keep in mind, movement doesn't have to be exercise!
