Hi Beautiful Souls. Ive been doing lots of quiet work in my little corner of the World. Today, whilst journaling, I put together this little Mantra/Soul Prayer for this time of integration. I felt called to share it here, for anyone who is feeling raw, overwhelmed and needing to be held in grace and love: "I am the sacred vessel of my soul. I feel deeply, but I do not drown. i did my first solo trip and wow fantastic! i enjoyed the silence, the super beautiful nature and was able to reflect. Now that i am back in daily life i notice that i want to go back to nature, away from the hustle and bustle, the screens and social media. i am so grateful that this solo trip has given me more direction 🙏🫶
