What’s actually holding your legs back right now Be honest Is it lack of structure Knee or low back discomfort Skipping leg day Not pushing hard enough Or just not knowing what works Drop one answer below Second question Did you train legs this week yet Yes or no If yes What did you do If no When are you doing it

I did not do legs this week. I’m on a surgery recovery break. Until last Friday I was doing them twice a week as part of a total body lifting routine including straight leg dead lifts, and squats. Making gains but a ways to go and know I need to do more. Plan is to level up my training when I’m cleared to lift again.
Food
I wanna hear everyone's favorite food so I can play with recipes and make healthier version!
