Paralette Play
No official training today but couldn’t resist a bit of Paralette play post animal flow. They say that you learn skills faster when it feels like play anyway. Working on Crow to L-sit to shoulder stand and the transition from shoulder stand back to L-sit. Still needs a lot of work but it’s getting there. I wish I had higher paralettes for this skill so I could get the legs through easier. Decided to see where I was at with handstand kick ups before I commit to some daily handstand practice. I am a bit of an unconventional learner so I need to try and do the skill first so I know what I need to work on.

Wrist issue
Hello everyone. As I watch the master class under classroom, level 2. I notice right away there is no way I can perform this even if I tried. My left wrist had an injury back then and not capable of flexing it much. As for my elbow planche hold, nope. No strength there. So coach Brandon, since I am new here, will the Master book, provide some recovery to my wrist and make it stronger and mobile? I am ready to not get stronger but get moving.

@Davis Saelee if you can do dips on rings, then you might as well just continue doing this because it's harder, so you can actually get stronger with that than doing normal dips on dip bars, right?

@Davis Saelee ah I see, makes sense Get good at push ups and the dips will come Good luck and have fun
New rings
I got this pair of rings 😃 I'm so excited but I don't know where to start with them 😂😂 Probably with inverted rows Any suggestion is welcome 😁

the most versatile piece of equipment. That's amazing. Have fun with that. And you're right, rows are amazing start
42 and hurting. Inflammation.
Been doing some form of basic calisthenics. But consistently wasn't my middle name. Hopefully finding this community will help even better as I prefer home workout mostly. Anyway, talk to maker, coach, and wow, never expected him to reach to me. Or faster than most app or other community on fitness. Hopefully I can get stronger, leaner, skill, and then mobility. Without all the pain. Lol.
