Just got testosterone checked. I have some questions though?
I am currently 37 years old. My free testosterone is 83.2 and total testosterone is 461. I don't drink or smoke. Never have. I work out 5 days a week for a year and a half now and track everything I eat because I eat the same thing every week. I have been hitting plateaus in the gym and having muscle strains and injuries like triceps' tendonitis and have always had problems sleeping since my mid to late twenties. Do you think its possible I could be in the low tier of testosterone range? If this is low what are some natural ways I could get it to be higher besides eating healthy and lifting weights? I also take a lot of vitamin supplements.

@Sean Larson I'm currently on Greg O' Gallager's kinobody program. The focus is to eat in a slight caloric surplus on lift days and eat at maintenance levels on days when I am not lifting heavy. I do a lot of box, squats, incline dumbbell bench presses and weighted pullups as well. Currently eating 3728 calories daily: 452g of carbs, 115g of fat and 208g of protein. My sugar is at 139 daily I eat 4228 calories on the days that I lift. My only cardio is that I walk 10,000 steps a day.

@Ty Buchanan Have you ever had any sleep problems before using the supplement? If so, then how did taking the supplement improve it?
Anyone here know a great male therapist who understands burden of performance?
With the recommendation of my coach and mentor I was told that I should seek therapy. I will not be able to pay for men of action, unfortunately. I can, however, find a great remote therapist that my insurance can cover. I look at better help first but didn't feel that there weren't any therapist there that understood or would be a great fit for my situation. Thank you all in advance!

@Shawn Ort He currently isn't taking new clients. I thought about just paying for a consultation and then hopefully he could point me to someone reputable and efficient that can work remotely with me online. Do you think this s a good strategy?
How Can I Leverage My Improved Instagram and Men of Action Network to Revolutionize Our Hotel's Revenue Strategy?
I'm on the verge of investing in Corey Chaloff's personal branding course after carefully reviewing his site. Living in Key West, Florida, a hotspot for tourists as well as attractive women, I work at a hotel resort that regularly hosts events. My relationship with the general manager is stable, and I'm looking to enhance my current role as I'm not fully satisfied with my salary. My skill set includes designing and developing websites using WebFlow, which I'm showcasing in a new portfolio. I'm keen on using my abilities, alongside the network and opportunities provided by Men of Action, to address challenges and introduce services that could boost revenue for the hotel. This includes leveraging my Instagram presence with skills used in Corey Chaloff's course paired with web development skills. How can I identify specific problems with growth and revenue within the resort that can be met with my skill set and the connections I've made through Men of Action as well as from and improved Instagram account? Moreover, what's the best approach to discuss these potential solutions with my boss or other key figures in the management team?

@Chad Colbert Will do!!
Attending events regularly and getting the most from it.
I want to know from those who have successfully gotten maximum value out of this course: how regularly do you attend events per year? I ask because I currently have a job where I am only allowed one week of vacation per year. Also, once you are locked in for an event, how much do hotel fees and everything else usually cost? Additionally, as someone who builds custom websites and freelances, how can a program like this help me network with higher-status individuals to take my business to the next level? I also want to mention that I have experience in cold-approaching and just talking to random people in general. However, I haven't cold-approached in months since I have been spending most of my time building websites, not to mention my new portfolio site that I am launching soon. Therefore, I haven't been socializing much at all. Would this be the right course for a man who has spent over a year in 'monk mode,' just working and going to the gym? I ask because the challenge for me is not paying the $5,000 for the course. It's how to make the most out of it after the money is spent.

@John Rogalsky I agree with you with the time and focus aspect. Networking at these high-level events seems to be working well for your car business. I am curious though, how many events did it take for you to reach the point and progress you're at now with the program? My problem is that I like to plan everything down to every little minute detail before I jump in. I fear thats what I maybe doing now.

@Hrithik Sangani You said, in your post above, you're networked increased exponentially by you going to Babes in Toyland but then you said tat you didn't go yet. I'm sorry that part confused me a bit. How many events have you attended so far? Actually I am still in monk mode finishing up a web design and web developement course. I understand most people get into it to improve their dating and sex life even though that is not the specific aim Michael has for the program. I'm interested in how it will help me grow a freelance agency were I am building websites for high end clients. So my main curiosity is how it will help with the business aspect right now.
Questions about making business connections using various events.
Happy new year to you all!! I'm excited to connect with you in this dynamic community, where we share a common goal: enhancing our relationships with women, not just romantically, but in all aspects of life. I'd like to entertain an intriguing thought i have been having this week – what if we could simultaneously bolster our entrepreneurial network while also forming meaningful connections with remarkable women? Imagine the synergy and the endless possibilities! Here's where my passion intersects with this vision. As a creator of bespoke websites, I'm on a quest to elevate my craft and my business. My goal? To forge not only professional alliances with influential figures but also genuine connections with amazing women at various events. I'm eager to hear your insights and experiences. How can we blend the art of relationship-building with entrepreneurial growth? Your valuable perspectives would not only aid my journey but could also spark new ideas for us all. Looking forward to an engaging exchange as well as your take and ideas on how to do this. Thanks for hearing me out!
