Greetings all, I reside in Columbus, Ohio. Single, no kids. Extremely new as of today making this post. I see land for sale all day long as I drive for a living. I look at it and think this would be a great place for a wholefoods market, or for a sheets gas station. Know my city very well. I also think things like this could be a parking lot for semis making $40k a month. Also saw landman recently which also intrigued me. I don't know one thought was buying Tesla smart homes and setting up a place for the unhoused to work way back up into society on rent to own program. So, yeah. I also author books. I'm a Christian.
