I’m so glad you’re here. 🙏 Come Back to Your Mat is a space created for guidance, reconnecting, and returning to yourself — finding ease again in your body and your mind. This isn’t a place to perform, keep up, or be “good” at anything. It’s a place to arrive exactly as you are. Some days that might look like movement, some days it might look like rest, reflection, or simply being present. You are not alone.... we are very much in this beautiful journey together. Inside this community you’ll find gentle yoga and embodied practices, reflections, holistic nutrition and wellbeing guidance, and a place to be supported as you reconnect with yourself — at your own pace. There’s no expectation to show up perfectly. Just showing up is enough. Showing up here IS the practice. Showing up is just like unrolling your mat. The start of great self habits again. The beginning of a return to yourself 🧡. You’re welcome to observe, participate, rest, share, or simply just BE and breath. There’s no pressure to engage in any particular way. Take what you need, leave what you don’t, and trust your own rhythm. We are in this together. Turn the music up and DANCE!
Good morning ladies and Happy valentine's day.... 🧡 In your morning routine, I highly suggest that you turn the music up and dance. Use headphone if need be and shower, get dressed, move your hips, be feminine, let your hair out and mooooooove. Dance when you are sad, dance when you are happy, dance when you are lonely, dance when you are scared or motivated..... and watch emotions and ideas bubble up to the surface. Dance like no one is watching and speak words of affirmation to yourself out loud too.... Your body and the universe are listen 🙏 Have a beautiful Ladies and let me know if you do, and how you feel afterwards! Sending you lots of Love and see you on the mat in the morning ☀️😉 Julie

Waking before the household does....
Morning beautiful ladies, how is your morning routine going? I am super curious so please don't feel shy and put it in the comment if you feel incline too. It might gives us all inspiration 🧡 This morning I woke up (like every-single-morning 😅) because of Ziggy, my very annoying but mostly amazing and awesome cat haha. I guess he too has a built-in circadian rhythm! Every living things on earth has this natural internal clock, which for us human, regulates our cycles our alertness and sleepiness. It responds to changes of light in our environment. Anyway, the more we get in tune with our natural rhythm the less stress and confusion we create in the body. That is why, if you can get your body to wake around the sunrise and open the curtains ( instead of the phone for example), all your body processes start to switch on for the day in a gentle and peaceful manner. And if you combine this habit, with a glass of warm water, or lemon water, (or like me at the moment I am taking Chlorella) and a little stretch, then I guaranty you, that your body, your mind, your soul and your nervous system will be very grateful! ✨ Oh and, who is joining me for lunch today?
