Morning beautiful ladies, how is your morning routine going?
I am super curious so please don't feel shy and put it in the comment if you feel incline too. It might gives us all inspiration 🧡
This morning I woke up (like every-single-morning 😅) because of Ziggy, my very annoying but mostly amazing and awesome cat haha. I guess he too has a built-in circadian rhythm! Every living things on earth has this natural internal clock, which for us human, regulates our cycles our alertness and sleepiness. It responds to changes of light in our environment.
Anyway, the more we get in tune with our natural rhythm the less stress and confusion we create in the body.
That is why, if you can get your body to wake around the sunrise and open the curtains ( instead of the phone for example), all your body processes start to switch on for the day in a gentle and peaceful manner.
And if you combine this habit, with a glass of warm water, or lemon water, (or like me at the moment I am taking Chlorella) and a little stretch, then I guaranty you, that your body, your mind, your soul and your nervous system will be very grateful! ✨
