Made a BIG call to quit playin'
...and get serious about building my coaching and RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy) business. Locked in with a business coach who uses Skool and has case study after case study of people he has helped. Have more clarity now than ever. I've got the vision and the skills...my coach has got the roadmap. With joy 😊 it's meant I have also "burned the bridges" from any other shiny object syndrome distractions. So much "noise" has now gone. But hey I am probably the ONLY one who has looked at a transaction in their business account and said "what the bloody hell was that for?" 😳 LOL.

What’s One Small Habit That Changed Everything for You?
Quick question for everyone here: What’s one small habit that made a big difference in your productivity or mindset? Mine was doing a 2-minute ‘reset’ between tasks, surprisingly powerful. Curious to hear yours!

1. Putting my gym gear, shoes, smart watch next to my bed stopped the self-sabotage of not getting outside for a walk or a run. 2. That action combined with saying to myself "don't think just do" the moment I'd wake up short circuited the habit of thinking why I didn't need to exercise today. 3. Because I'd get outside in nature etc - ideas would follow - not to mention the buzz of winning that round against old patterns!! Woop woop!!
