I have been on the wildest of journeys. In November 2024 I set myself the target of using AI to lose 100lbs in weight. By September 2025 I had done it. I tested the principles of the methodology and a CustomGPT with 200 other humans and then wrote a book about it. The book went to number 1 in the AI charts…it popped back there yesterday due to a spike in sales. I moved some of the keenest members of the pilot over from Facebook to Skool in January, and new folks are joining all the time.
