Getting in much more exercise. Doing the 5 min workout every morning. Gets the kinks out Getting to the gym and pool 2-3 days a week right now. Using machines and trying to exercise everything. Now if I could just get in more water and remember to eat I’ll be on top of everything. It is frustrating to jump on the scale and it moves in the wrong direction if at all. Clothes are fitting better though

Always late with the Fridays! Sorry Last week my Focus was mindfulness while my schedule was switched up a bit. Proud that I was able to adapt & conquer 🦾 with the foods and exercise. I struggled with the sleep but overall have bounced back just fine. I need to be more aware of the resources I have available and MAKING the time for them instread of waiting until I am so tired I push it off until tomorrow and repeat the cycle the following day. This is my first step 🌞

Weekly win - Consistency, be able to maintain during busy season at work. I was able to maintain my nutrition as well as, get 10,000 steps each day. I also made it to the gym 3 days, well it wasn't for a long time, I was able to be consistent with creating the habit and making it part of my regular routine. Challenge - Utilizing my resources. I'm finding it tough to make myself find time to check in on this app. I read the emails briefly. I had a couple prior business engagements that I had to take care of the last couple Wednesday nights and I haven't been able to get back and listen to the replay. Frustrating but at the same time I'm trying to remember that the resources are there and now it's a matter of self-discipline and setting aside some time to go through them.
Great News
Had a shapescale weigh in and lbs and inches lost! I can also FINALLY use the vibe plate and massage in the pod! Things are continuing to go in the right direction. I’m also finding more foods to increase volume while eating in a calorie deficit. Overall I’m thrilled at the progress Good luck to everyone on their journey.
