Weekly win - Consistency, be able to maintain during busy season at work. I was able to maintain my nutrition as well as, get 10,000 steps each day. I also made it to the gym 3 days, well it wasn't for a long time, I was able to be consistent with creating the habit and making it part of my regular routine. Challenge - Utilizing my resources. I'm finding it tough to make myself find time to check in on this app. I read the emails briefly. I had a couple prior business engagements that I had to take care of the last couple Wednesday nights and I haven't been able to get back and listen to the replay. Frustrating but at the same time I'm trying to remember that the resources are there and now it's a matter of self-discipline and setting aside some time to go through them.
