I'm flabby. I lost 33 and want to tone up, My doctor doesn't want me to lose any more weight. I have to ear healthier, I'm here for supprt

WIN!! Very proud win this week as I put one a size smaller jeans AND I need a belt. I am going to go to the store and try on the next size down and if they fit I am going to LEAVE THEM THERE and use my belt and keep working!
