What if we had endless leads? šŸ˜‚
If traffic wasn't your problem guess what would happen? It'd probably surprise you. I see entrepreneurs all the time saying: "I know I need leads....but really my problem is I'm not sure what to put in my course." "If I just fix my automations, my business will be gold." "Once my funnel and VSL are up I'll focus on traffic." Those are great. They're all real important in a successful business. But none of them are the main thing. The main thing is always going to be volume of clients. Because when you have tons of leads, they'll help you: - Refine your classroom (based on what they actually want) - Get accurate feedback on what types of automations would help you convert faster - And give you the objections you actually need to handle in your VSL Because until you have traffic, you're guessing. You might be guessing with data, but you're still guessing. The data you're using doesn't have the nuances that data from your funnel, your leads, and your traffic will give you. So changes, builds, VSL's... They could be great. But that would be luck. I test my offers, and funnels before I ever go all in on them. That's why Playbooks is so successful. We got feedback fast. And that's how we generated $43k in the first 45 days. Now we're about to build the same funnel with 10 people live. And I wasn't planning on sharing this but now it feels appropriate because we just had a payment come in for the 9th member. There's 1 spot left. If you want to build the same funnel we used to test our offer, cover our ad cost, and profit over $40,000 in the first 6 weeks, book a call here: https://app.iclosed.io/e/onlineplaybook/Strategy But anyways, point is, focus on traffic and delivering great results. Everything else is noise, and will be answered by volume and the data volume gives you. Cheers and happy new years! Patrice

Going into 2026, ask yourself these 4 questions
I'm not a fan of resolutions. I'm a fan of habits that stick. So quick challenge for any of you guys setting resolutions: Start them today. Want to lose weight? Start the diet now. Want to grow your skool? Film a youtube and send some outreach today. Want to get in a relationship? Go sign up for some events surrounding your interests right now. But here are some questions to help you figure out what you need to focus on in the big picture. - What's something you do for fun/to relax that you have no positive memories of? Delete it. - What's one thing you didn't think was productive that led to a win? Do more of that. - If you removed 1 thing from the past year, to help you hit your goals, what would it be? Delete it. - What's the best week you had this last year? Engineer that to be your every week. Answering these questions made me realize that any time on social media was lost time. I had no positive memories from social media, and very few from any type of television. Boom there's 2 things to cut out. If I removed sugar from my diet, I'd have more energy to work late. I've already started eliminating processed foods to eliminate sugar completely. One thing that felt unproductive was writing and documenting my ideas. Turns out those became my best content and eventually a $40k launch. "Write more" is something I started last month. Finally, the best weeks I've had this year were filled with 14 hour work days, lots of writing and calls, evenings outside running, or walking with my FiancƩ, and going to bed exhausted because I worked so hard. So more deep work sessions paired with outdoor adventures *for me* are the ingredients I'll be insuring are always in my schedule. And remember.... Your life is happening now. It doesn't start when you hit a goal. You're not preparing to live. You're living... The moments you spent reading this post, are gone. Go and live each future moment. So that when it's all said and done, you can look back with a smile, knowing you lived.

simple and just about action and enjoying life RIGHT NOW. Question for you... - What's one thing you didn't think was productive that led to a win? Do more of that. you started to write and document and that lead to a win, like signing a client? I'm reflecting on that for me...it makes me realize I only try to do things to make sure it leads to a win. Perhaps I'm missing a big key to my zone of genius...Can you talk more about this?

@Kris Hus totally!! There truly isn’t any perfect timing 😬
Intro ... Transactional Real Estate Funder
My name is Paul Brown, I live in Utah again after 15 years in Japan/Singapore, and my favorite movie is ... hmmm ... Shawshank Redemption ... or maybe the Secret Life of Walter Mitty. 😁 I run a couple businesses in real estate; one that provides millions a month in transactional funding (EMD, Double Close, Seller Carry Down Payments, etc), and the other that helps lenders collect on bad deals (recovery business). In Skool, I run a community that teaches Transaction Funding. We are a freemium account and we just opened our initial premium paid offering in the past two weeks!! I'm looking to get better at growing the free and paid communities and helping 52 people get their first deal this year!

How I made my first $10k sale
I couldn’t even imagine making a $1k sale 2 years ago, let alone a $10k sale. It took me 3 months to make my first sale online: $13 And then 6 months later I sold an online business owner on a $10k copywriting/consulting offer from my laptop in Ireland. He paid me another $3k a few weeks later to help him with emails... Resulting in $13k total. Here’s how he found me. Everytime I learned something, I made a youtube video. When I’d get a good open rate on an email, I’d share the strategy I used. When I’d sign a client, I’d share how. When I helped said client make money, I’d make a video about it. After doing that for a few months, this guy, Michael, saw one of my videos about winning the Skool games (my biggest accomplishment in business at that point). Michael wanted to grow a Skool community, and win Hormozi’s Skool games by being one of the fastest growing communities in November. He watched my video, and booked a call. From there, we chatted about his goals, and I told him it’d be $3k-$5k for me to write him some marketing to help him win the Skool Games.. I told him on the call, that I’d: ā€œDraft up a written proposal after doing some research so he could see exact pricing.ā€ This was important. Because this is where I added a few ā€œextraā€ optional items. I said *if he wanted* I could also design him some graphics to help his skool about page convert better. And help train his operations guy on the CRM automations he’d need for his emails. And a few other things, all priced at $1-2k each. He asked me a few questions about pricing. I offered to send him a cheaper copywriter if my proposal was out of budget. ā€œNo let’s go with all of it. $9,900.ā€ I couldn’t believe it. I turned my phone off and laid on the bed. I remember thinking, ā€œI can’t wait to tell my mom about this.ā€ Now I had to help someone win the games. Michael made $50k the next month and won the skool games. I went on to sign 3 10k+ clients in the following weeks. Takeaways?

@Patrice Moore always think of the best option for the client and not being scared of the price…affirmative psychology, only offering the best and that they will want it!
Watch me build a sales page for my mom
Just recorded myself building a six-figure funnel in 40 minutes... This has been 1 of the BIGGEST levers in building 6-figure skool communities. Every skool games client that I worked with needed help with their sales pages. And I decided to build one for my mom live since she's just signed her first client... (Making this beginner friendly by default) So now you guys can steal the exact process, compare the 2 different CRMs I used, before this video gets posted publicly! Cheers! P.S. Lmk what you'd all like to see built/written live next
