Made my first post today. It was really difficult motivating myself to do it but after procrastinating all week I finally did.
Week 8 challenges (June 2nd-June 8th)
These are your 2 challenge options for the week. Pick ONE and commit fully. The goal is to push yourself, track your wins, and have fun. 💥 Challenge 1: Own Your Morning (Discipline + Clarity) Start your day with this 3-step ritual: 1️⃣ Wake Up & Hydrate – Drink at least 12–16 oz of water right after waking up. 2️⃣ Mind Reset – Meditate for 10 minutes or take a 10-minute silent walk (no phone). 3️⃣ Plan the Day – Write 3 clear goals for your day (in Notes app or on paper). 📌 Tracking: Post a quick photo in your team thread—this could be your water + journal, your walk, or your written goals for the day. 💪 Challenge 2: Push the Edge (Physique + Strength) Pick one compound lift and aim to beat your performance by the end of the week. 1️⃣ Choose your lift (bench, squat, deadlift, pull-ups, shoulder press, etc.) 2️⃣ Record your baseline set at the start of the week (weight, reps, RIR) 3️⃣ Hit it again at the end of the week and try to beat your numbers 📌 Tracking: Share a photo of your gym log or a short clip of your baseline/progress set inside your team thread. ✅ Stick to it. Post daily. Keep your streak alive. If for some reason you fail or can’t do it, just make a post explaining why, and you streak will be saved! Week 7’s leaderboard will be posted soon! 🔥

Challenge 1
Discipline Challenge
Day 4 failed. I had a bunch of graduation ceremonies and rehearsals today and didn’t make a schedule because I had no idea how long they would take. I didn’t meditate either because I woke up made early for rehearsal. I will try to read before I go to sleep and make a schedule to get some stuff done tomorrow.
