@Greg Wilson Hello! Thank you so much for the dedicated time. So when it comes to documents it will be mostly pdf's. And we are talking thousands of pdf's. In that case it may be more convenient to pay a provider to store it in the cloud, as I may not have the computational power. When it comes to the model, it's not gonna be fully local so I am open to suggestions. Will be great to hear your expert opinion on this and how would you approach this situation. Thanks!
