Happy I am in!
I just want to say I feel very happy to be part of this community and to have decided to stay in. I am busy about my life, and still not doing everything the way I would like to, but I am elated that most of the time I am mindful of who I am becoming and that is a great win!! Thanks to Jim and everyone else, and especially to Renee, who has provided great support since I started this journey!!

This seems like a good community, I think I will stay too.
Day 2
Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the times I "pushed boundaries" as a kid were actually me hoping someone would notice and care enough to stop me. The overachiever role I built to get recognition is the same thing making me feel invisible now. And I just admitted out loud that I don't know how to play.

I have a hard time giving myself permission to play.
Day 1 Done!
Biggest insight: I give myself permission to exist. My open loop is: looking at that bill that I got that I think is incorrect. One word for how I feel right now: exhausted

Permission to Exist
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I'd been missing: I spent years wearing a "persona" to survive jobs I dreaded, and my body literally held that tension in my back for almost 3 years afterward.
