As many of y'all know, I battled a shoulder rotator cuff tear the better part of the last year which I successfully managed to recover from after surgery and PT. This evening, I received news in the form of the radiologist review that I have a lateral meniscus tear in the front, back, and sides as well as a torn ACL and a meniscus tear. I messaged my Physical Therapist who I’ve become friends with over the rehab of my shoulder and her response was “Curious if they’ll wanna do a repair to opt for a knee replacement?” Gentlemen, I’m at a loss right now. I know that surgery is likely, but I have to admit that for one of the few times in my life, I’m scared. I’m not looking for sympathy or playing the “woe is me” card, I needed to get this out because I’ve kinda just shut down emotionally this evening to everyone, plus I’m currently on vacation and the life has been sucked out of me. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest.

In the next couple weeks I am going to be looking for a new job and am wondering if any of you can give me ideas for how to look more professional with both clothing and my hair? I have generally been wearing t-shirts and warm up pants more recently with baseball caps and I have left a picture of my hair currently. I know that most jobs won’t want me to wear baseball caps so I just need help with what color I should do and how short I should go so I can put gel or pomade in my hair to spike it possibly

Here's something that (for some reason) I never thought about until recently: you should include height as a priority when buying a car. Recently, I injured my right shoulder. And, according to my doctor, my 2024 KIA Seltos might have been a contributing factor due to the middle compartment putting my arm in an abnormal position. I'm 5'11" and about 185 lbs. Now I'm looking to get something along the lines of a Honda Accord or a Toyota RAV4. I just want to know if anyone has gone through something similar. Let me know with a comment.
