Found some down time to do a quick workout. I did the things I could that didn’t require equipment. Guess something is better than nothing, especially with all the ono food here. At least tonight we are grilling steaks and veggies. 😊

I'm not a vegan but this is my favorite vegan dish from Leahi Health in Honolulu. Kale, cabbage, tomato, carrot, almond, avocado with tahini dressing and chickpea vegan tuna over a shallow bed of rice. ~$13 ~450 calories ~18g protein @everyone: Post a food pic! (And… @Val I tag you're it! we want to see fried chicken or something lol! then you can tag the next person please!)

Been loving a TBSP of ssamjang with cucumbers. πŸ₯’ It's seasoned fermented soybean paste. I like the spicy but there's also mild. It's very high in sodium though. Is that something we should be concerned about?
