I'm sure you didn't mean to insult anyone with the post. Here is something different. I own 2 properties in Rotterdam. 1. A flat that I bought for 180K 7y ago with 0% down payment (yes! that's NL). This flat costs me 650€/M (mortgage), and I rent it out for 1650€, making me 1K/M. What's more important tho is that I pay 0 tax (due to mortgage), and as of today, the flat is worth 370K. It's value will only increase overtime due to inflation and demand in NL. When I refinance it later this year, I'll pump out around 260K from it. 2.A house that I also got with mortgage while it was under development, with 0% down payment. In about 1 year its value increased over 100K compared to the buying price. Now, is there a cost to own the properties? Yes, just like there is cost to own a Skool community or run a funnel (note that most of the cost is covered by the folks renting). Would I have made more money in shorter time if I invested elsewhere? Probably The difference is here I didn't need money to start off. P.S. Does all that make me an IDIOT?
Anyone out there still trying to launch online business while still working their normally 9-5? How are you balancing your time? How do you consistently make forward steps in your online biz?
Yes. Plus I got 2 (very attention demanding) kids - 3 and 8 :D It's though. I couldn't pay as much attention as I want to on my business, but I have to cope with it until I quit my 9to5. And I aim to quit ASAP. What I do is - spend all my time to pull more folks in my Skool. I leverage social media for that. I make 2 weekly calls with my community - 1 free and 1 paid. I no longer spend time on social media for consuming content, only when sharing/texting with leads, and I cut as much as possible the time I spend with folks around me that I know will be waste. Still less than ideal, but OKish
