This was awesome definitely what I needed! when we did our walk around at the end, I actually felt my neck was longer, and my ribs felt more expanded, even though that wasn't the focus at all. I then went on a bike ride and I felt like I was using the muscles of my legs like inner thigh and calves more than pushing from my hips, which is what has felt like lately. I think I might sleep better tonight too, thanks Jay! Will keep this one in the rotation!
I do believe it can reduce pain! Similarly, I am looking forward to doing a hand, wrist class as my left thumb joint has been very sore. I am on the computer and using my phone a lot with my new work and think it may be inflamed due to this. And perhaps coming from my neck so will do a neck class also!

Really good reinforcement for integrating the R3generate Method! Many people I know have knee, ankle, foot issues and are still trying to get 10,000 steps in...I will hopefully get them here to join us Healthy Hipsters😉🙌
