This was awesome definitely what I needed! when we did our walk around at the end, I actually felt my neck was longer, and my ribs felt more expanded, even though that wasn't the focus at all. I then went on a bike ride and I felt like I was using the muscles of my legs like inner thigh and calves more than pushing from my hips, which is what has felt like lately. I think I might sleep better tonight too, thanks Jay! Will keep this one in the rotation!
