MCTB Australia
Hi all, Curious if anyone here has had success in MCTB setup in Australia. It seems a lot more complicated than in the States. Also is there an easier way to setup call forwarding if the client has an existing number?

@Gary Capps sorry I missed it, bit too early over here. Is there a recording or something I can watch.

How we used GHL to simplify a client’s entire Lead System
Recently worked on a project where the client was using multiple tools for leads, follow-ups, and communication… and things were getting messy. We decided to centralize everything using GoHighLevel (GHL). Here’s what we set up: • Built landing pages and funnels directly inside GHL • Created automated workflows for lead capture and follow-ups • Integrated SMS + email automation for instant response • Set up pipeline stages to track leads from inquiry → conversion • Added triggers for reminders, missed calls, and re-engagement The biggest impact? 👉 No more missed leads 👉 Faster response time 👉 Clear visibility of every customer journey What used to take multiple tools and manual effortis now running as a centralized workflow orchestration layer. From a technical perspective, this becomes: • Event-driven automation using triggers & conditions • Multi-channel communication pipelines (SMS, Email APIs) • CRM data structuring with lifecycle stages • Workflow execution logic replacing manual ops • API/webhook-based integrations for extensibility That’s where tools like GHL actually shine... not just as a CRM, but as a low-code automation infrastructure for lead lifecycle management.

Need Help
Does anyone uses Google Sheets regularly for work? I’m trying something new and looking for spreadsheets that I can work on to make them more automated and visually clear. If you would like to share yours PS: You can remove any sensitive data before sending

I use Claude AI to compile my Google Sheets so any automated settings or visual enhancements are done there first.
Question RE: Best Practices
I am finally getting my business going. I have 2-3 proposals this week. But I am struggling with this question: I've seen agencies that do this both ways: 1. MRR + client pays their own Phone, SMS, Email, AI usage 2. MRR INCLUDES ALL Phone, SMS, Email, AI Usage (obvious increase in MRR, but perceived value = "less hassle and more consistent payment) for clients. What do you do, and why?

I go all-inclusive on GHL usage costs. My retainers are high enough to absorb it, my clients love the predictability, and it aligns with my brand. The math works. The positioning works. The client experience works. I would use itemised usage IF: - Your retainers are low ($500-1,500/month) - Usage could exceed 10-20% of retainer - You're working with clients who have massive volume (e.g., 50,000 SMS/month)
