Deploying so that you can use real google calendars and google sheets is a completely new learning curve for me making the jump from simple demo to a demo with a real calendar not so easy. All the "wow look how easy" posts about G3 leave that part out.

A demo is super easy to create but I am having to start a learning curve figuring out how to use a real Google Calendar for saving the appointments and using a real Google sheet for logging. Nobody seems to be covering that part.

I noticed that when using a conversational flow model, retell requires an explicit transition for functions but elevenlabs can call functions based on the conversation prompt. Also, the widget for elevenlabs is much better looking than the retell one.

This might be a little off topic as I will be watching the video later today... One of the things that confused me is when you need to specifically call out functions calls in transitions as opposed to when the conversation prompt has the authority to call them automatically.
