Honest question — does my website look too "AI-made"? 👀
Just launched beastautomation.com and I genuinely want your opinion. I built the whole site using AI — Claude helped me write the copy, design the layout, handle the animations, everything. Took about a week of back and forth. But here's what's been bugging me: When I look at it now, I wonder — can you tell? Does it have that sterile, "ChatGPT built this" energy that makes you trust it less? Because there's a real tension here. I teach people to use AI for business. My whole thing is "AI can do more than you think." So an AI-built site should be on-brand for me. But if a potential client lands on it and thinks "this looks fake" or "no human put thought into this" — that's a problem. So I'm asking the community straight up: 👉 Go check it out: beastautomation.com Then come back and tell me: 1. First impression — what did you feel in the first 3 seconds? 2. Does it look credible or does it look AI-slapped-together? 3. Is an AI-built website a red flag for an AI automation agency — or is it actually proof of concept? No sugar coating please. I'd rather hear it here than lose clients over it silently. 🙏

Even the scrollbar is colored, cool.
How do you organize yourselves?
1. Do you use just one laptop for everything? I have a desktop at home, one at the office, and a laptop. 2. How do you keep track of which skill is installed on which device? 3. Do you work on all your Claude projects on the same PC? Sometimes I find myself searching for the PC I actually used for a specific project. Do you have a system for this?

🚀New Video: How I Make Opus Think Like Fable (5 easy steps)
Fable 5 is going back behind subscriptions at some point, so I've been focused on keeping its process instead of its intelligence. In this video I walk through how to extract the way Fable works into a skill that makes Opus 4.8 feel elevated, how to actually use effort levels, and how to set up a simple model routing table so cheaper models handle the work they're capable of.

Nate identifies a problem, analyzes the solution, and implements it. I am considerably older than Nate, yet he is truly a role model for me in this regard! Thanks, Nate.

Nate is so brilliant. He gives Fable a task, it gets solved beautifully, and he asks Fable, "How did you manage to pull that off so well?" That answer then gets turned into a skill. Who comes up with an idea like that???
🚀New Video: Fable 5 + Karpathy’s LLM Wiki is Basically Cheating
I ingested all my YouTube videos into an LLM wiki and turned them into a connected second brain that my AI OS can actually reason over. In this one I show you how to build the same thing in about five minutes using Claude Code and Obsidian, based on Andrej Karpathy's LLM knowledge base idea. You drop in sources, the AI reads them, splits them into cross-linked wiki pages, and keeps the whole thing organized with routing rules so it can find anything fast. By the end you'll know how to set up the vault, write the schema, ingest a PDF and a URL, and decide when to keep your wiki flat versus structured.

Fable built it for me—incredible. I love Nate for his ideas!!! I’d been wondering for a long time what to do with the graph view. Now it offers such huge added value.
