I have heard mixed reviews about using AI to cold call to set sales appointments. I talked to an insurance agency that says they are going to setup an AI cold calling campaign to businesses to set appointments with businesses to talk about their insurance benefits. Other people have told me not to use AI to cold call. I am currently using a power dialer called prospect boss to cold call businesses. It can call 3 numbers at once. I am really curious how AI cold calling can compare to this. I have access to vapi AI. it looks like it will cost 10 cents a minute to call. My goal is to set appointments with business owners to talk to them and their employees about their benefits and retirement. If you have used AI for cold calling can you re post about your experiences with this and how much did it cost you per day and what were your results with it?

Hi I have an idea to use AI to cold call small businesses and live transfer the business owner to me on a call if the owner is interested. I can help business owners with secure retirement planning and life and health insurance planning. I have access to Vapi AI to make AI calls and I can scrape a lot of business data from Reoon Yellow Pages Scraper. I am also using a power dialer for calling I also scrub all the numbers against the DNC and Litigators lists. Do you have any advice about this?

I am thinking about using Vapi to call small business owners to set up appointments to talk to the owners about their retirement planning and insurance planning options. I am thinking about using Vapi to setup Drop off appointments where I would go to the business and drop off brochures to the owner or hr director. I am thinking that going there in person is a better option then just emailing the business owner info. I would like to get a make blue print or other blue print and I am thinking I should link vapi to ghl to keep things organized and automated. Can someone explain how I should do this step by step and please keep it simple. I am thinking about using Vapi to make 500 calls a day and leave voice mails. I am thinking for every 100 callings it should book at least 1 appointment. Does anyone have advice and feedback about this? I am thinking about starting off by booking appointments within 15 minutes of my place in Nova and then expanding the territory that I work. I found prompts that generate data lists but the data is often sloppy and does not contain personal emails addresses or cell phone numbers for contacts. Does anyone know how to generate data that is more organized and includes personal emails and cell numbers or direct numbers of owners or decision makers at businesses? I want to generate data lists that I can up load into Sales God and Instantly and Vapi AI. If you know how to do this then please re post it. Thx.

Hi I am still pretty new to make and building AI automations. Does someone know how to design a Make blue print with all of the components that I would need to build an automated lead scraping and AI appointment setting system? It would be great if this AI system would do everthing from start to finish. It would start with scraping the leads and verify the data and then scrub the data against the dnc lists and then reach out via email and ai calling and texting to set appointments using my calendly. If I could set 15 solid appointments a week with business owners or possibly consumers as long as its tcpa compliant that would be awesome. I would like to be able to do this for less than $1000 a month. I am thinking with free lead scraping this might be possible. If you know how to do this then can you create a loom that explains this? I am trying to understand and visualize how to build this and what components I would need for this. I used to take classes in Electronics and when you see a schematic of how the parts work together I would have a better understanding of this. What do you think?
