Perfection is killing your channel
Waiting for the “perfect plan” is just procrastination in disguise. If you keep holding back, you’ll stay stuck while others pass you by. 1. Take messy action. 2. Learn as you go. 3. Get better through doing, not waiting. 💡 Key Insight: Public failure isn’t the enemy—it’s the process. Every great creator started messy. The only way to improve is to start. 🚀

@Neil Kar I see. the amount of time spent doesn't necessarily determine consistancy. how often do you want to post?

How to Find Your Niche And Grow your Channel at the same Time
You keep getting stuck on finding the perfect niche. You're not alone—most new YouTubers waste months (or even years) trying to nail their niche before they post a single video. The biggest mistake? Thinking you need absolute clarity before you start. The truth is, clarity comes from action. Your first few videos won’t define your niche—but they will sharpen your skills, build confidence, and give you real audience feedback. 💡 Here’s the key: Instead of stressing about picking the perfect niche upfront, start with your interests, experiment, and let your audience guide you. This is exactly what I Did To Get Monetized the first time. Overtime I achieved clarity that allowed me to move forward very fast. but I got that clarity by posting and getting the algorithms feedback. THE ALGORITHM IS YOUR FRIEND! Thank You Very much for reading this post 👇 Drop a comment: What’s holding you back from posting your first (or next) video? Let’s solve it together. 🚀

@Jenelle Kent I think it's best to focus on one audiance if you already have that figured out. I think it's great to do different topic in one niche. if your just starting out then yes experimenting with different things is great if your not sure what you want to do yet,
BEST YOUTUBE TUTORIAL!

Roast my first 4 hr video
The main thing I'm looking for feedback on is my hook I am a little worried I sound like ai Also is it compelling enough to make you want to watch the rest of the 4 hour video? Thanks so much in advance

My Best Video FAILED! WHY?
This was one of the most high effort videos I have ever made and it just belly flopped and sank to the bottom! LOL I tried a lot of new things in this video I could really use some feedback as to why it didn't do very well.

@Benjamin Ewert I check there isn't a big sudden spike down. but it does slope downwards really quickly.

@Torsten Blass it was for a different channel. I made sure to put the channel name in the screen shot I think. perhaps I need to be more forward with the fact I have multiple channels
