I have been doing YouTube on an off for a while and been making my Own (non AI) thumbnails and yes AI can make them well but just not a fan of AI things need a personal branding I thinks. Anyway what do you think of this? I think it’s simple, not too crowded and shows a sample of what’s inside. Very personal and professional maybe? Thank you to all who reads this

I have created five evergreen YouTube channels, but none of them are growing. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I don’t know whether this is because of an algorithm issue, a strategy mistake, or something else. I’m also wondering whether it’s better to start evergreen content on a brand-new channel, or if buying an old channel with some history and trust would work better. I feel like an older channel might already have a higher trust score and could grow faster than a new one. I would really appreciate your advice on how to run an evergreen channel correctly and what mistakes I might be making.

Hey @Benjamin Ewert , question. In my channel, in Aug 2023 I shot a series of about 12 videos, which was a full, free course on how to do Reiki (Learn Level 1 Reiki FREE). I do Reiki, I do teach Reiki, but the objective of my channel is to help people learn ways to heal themselves, which encompasses much more than just Reiki (ie, Daoism, Qigong, ect). But every month, it is those videos from 2023 that are still watched and still get me new subscribers (even in the last year when I basically didn't post any videos). I am attaching a screen shot. I don't really want to just get pigeon holed into Reiki. But in your outside opinion, should I deep dive into Reiki again? (I gave up before because it really didn't seem to be leading anywhere at the time)Thanks
