THE nose behind This fragrance Is Sidonie Lancesseur. It opens with notice davana and wheat notes, in the middle I found cedarwood and boozy touch notes and finished with styrax and tolu balm notes. An elegant classy and easy wear fragrance for evening an night out and dates, with better performance in fall- winter seasons and cold days. A deligthful drydown with spicy/Lighty sweet/boozy touch/Woody notes. Projection 4-5hrs Sillage 1mt Stay on skin 7-9hrs.

First time wearing it and just Wow! This is as advertised. Almond sweetness cedar boozy intoxicating. All the words! I bought a decant of this one and wore it out for date night. One of the most interesting aspects is how I pick up different notes off my skin than off my collar, but in a wonderfully harmoniuos way. Amazingly non linear in that the cedar punches through and then crashes back to reveal sweetness than mazipany almond then boozy smoky tobacco notes and then drifts away to return. Definitely going to source a bottle of this once my decant is gone. But will likely wait for cooler weather to return. Question for the more experienced frag heads are the edp and other versions distinctcenough from each other to also consider? How does the parfum rank next to the other versions? I guess if you had to only have one which would it be and why?

I went to back to Macy’s today. I picked up the 2oz bottle for 185 after the 15 percent off promotion and a free leather wallet here. The 3.4 would be 235 if anyone is interested I would go shop in person and see the Chanel representative. Sale ends on the 25th I think they said
