Love it !!! Can i ask how long it took to get to this stage

Hi @Robbie McFarlane to be honest, about a month ago I watched Peter Diamandis 3 hour workshop, and the next day i woke up with a voice in my head screaming at me to learn everything. Lol. I currently employ 5 people that are speaking directly with customers (mainly on whats app) to help them purchase the correct membership at my youth training gym. Thats around $8000 per month. I don't know how but I want that experience to be through a chat bot. Once they join, they pay, we train the child and then we renew the membership. That's why i joined this course. Do you have any suggestions or can point me towards the right vidoes, courses, learnings etc. Obviously i'm starting here and just started the course. @Robbie McFarlane currently we make videos of children practicing parkour in our gym, post it on social and advertise "click the link to get free class". That opens up our whats app customer service account and a live person can guide them through the sign up process. Then they come to the gym, have the free class and 85% sign up for a membership. Make the payment, we schedule the classes and thats the process. Membership renewal time means a customer service rep contacts (through whats app) and either signs them up again or says goodbye. What do you think - very simple and i'm sure this could be streamlined and automated
