I did module 1 this morning. Usually when the thought of seeing an attractive girl, I would just look away and try to be β€œcool”, not creepy. I would feel this thickness in my chest like a block when I would be in that situation. During the meditation, I felt that lighten up, almost like the idea of the attraction and rejection didn’t scare me anymore πŸ˜­πŸ™. I even felt emotional just doing the preliminary breath work. I must be holding onto a lot haha but I’m glad I started this program.
