Etude 5.1 after a long hiatus. In September, I had 4 discs replaced in my neck and a titanium plate with 10 screws added to hold the new discs in place, thus bringing me one step closer to my transition to the the 6 Million Dollar Man. Unfortunately, I lost all strength in my right tricep, and I have been trying to rehab that, but it is mostly just the shock to the nerve that was being crushed by my collapsed spinal column that takes a long time to repair itself. Hey everyone, Quick personal update, so you know what’s been going on. Over the holidays, I had a small accident that sent me to the hospital and left me dealing with a broken foot, so I’ve been a bit offline and less present here than I wanted. The good news is I’m recovering and getting back to things. I’m returning gradually, catching up on messages and reconnecting with you all, even though I’m not fully back to my normal pace yet.
