Im competing tomorrow in the Oceania Cup and GSAA open 3 kb comp in Melbourne. I have a 16kg 60 minute snatch event and a 24kg military snatch event. I don’t normally post but have never done a full marathon kettlebell event before and just wanted to share. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

A Ladder Workout for Legs, Shoulders and Arms
https://youtu.be/6xNa2nI_32Y Here is a workout sequence I've found to be challenging Two hand swing End with bottomup horngrip clean Squat and Thrust Halo L / Halo R / Pullover start with 5 swings, 5 squat and thrust, and 1 Halo set Then do 4 swings, 4 squat and thrust, and 1 Halo set Then 3, then 2 then 1 of these series You don't put KB down until the set is complete In the video I do this with 25 lbs/11.4 kg. I couldn't complete it with 35 or 30 lbs. This took 2 minutes. So you could rest until minute 3 starts and repeat To add challenge, add weight, or do 2 or more halo sets Give it a try. WLC 29/11/2025
Today was something of a mental crash for me concerning eating habits. After some really stressful days (mentally) I didn't have the discipline and strength to do without snacks ... I simply lost control. This was one (big) mistake, yes, but it is not the end of the journey. You wouldn't slash the other three car tires because one is flat, would you? My restart begins NOW💪.

a meal at a time...don't fight snacks, just try to snack right!
