@Heli Kuru They’re tough, no doubt about it. But the fact you’re doing heavy double cleans says a lot about your commitment. Keep showing up for them. That’s where the progress comes from. 👊

@Heli Kuru I hear you, Heli — winter can make everything feel harder. But you can build this habit. Keep it simple: try a short walk first thing in the morning, even just after a cup of tea or coffee. A fasted walk is great for fat burning and it sets the tone for the day. and you have breakfast to enjoy when you get back! And remember, it doesn’t have to be long — 10–15 minutes is already a win. The key is consistency, not perfection. You’ve got this, one small step at a time. 💛

@Heli Kuru That’s amazing, Heli! Love that you did it! that’s exactly how new habits start. Keep repeating that little promise to yourself each morning. A short walk after breakfast or coffee is perfect. You’re already building momentum — keep going, one day at a time. 🙌💛
Sunday Funday with the Bells
☀️ Sunday Funday with Kettlebells ☀️Let’s check in — what’s everyone working on today? Snatches, OALC, stop-start swings, clean progressions, doubles… whatever it is, keep showing up. Some lifts feel smooth, some feel brutal, and some days the humidity alone is the workout — but that’s all part of the process. Every rep builds confidence. Every session builds consistency. No rush, no pressure — just steady work and honest effort. 👇 Drop what you’re practicing right now(and whether it’s feeling good, humbling, or somewhere in between) Let’s get some momentum going this Sunday. 💪🔥

@Conor Adair That consistency is showing, and it’s great to hear the 20kg is feeling better this week. Having someone in your corner makes a big difference, and you’re clearly putting the work in. Keep showing up like this — it’s exactly what’s going to carry you into January in solid form. 👊🔥
Where are you at?

@Heli Kuru Heli, that’s awesome — L1–L2 is no small commitment! 🔥Being solid with the 12kg double-handed swing is a huge foundation, and the fact you know your single-hand swing needs more practice shows you’re paying attention to the right details. That’s exactly how you get strong, fast. Keep drilling the technique, stay patient with the reps, and you’re going to feel that confidence click in.You’re on the right track — keep going! 💪⚡️

@John Tierney Nice, L3.1 clean is solid work. 💪 That level takes precision and patience, and the fact you’re focusing on it shows you’re serious about getting sharper. Keep dialing in the timing and staying consistent — it pays off fast. You’re on the right track. Keep pushing. 👊🔥
