It will be 3 weeks in Monday that I said enough is enough of the old me and how I was feeling about everything. This journey started ... Hard work but the payoff is worth it.

How many of you out there use a pen/pencil and paper book journal versus who journals electronically in an app or document?

After this post I am cancelling X, previously known as Twitter. I personally find it mind numbing & painful but I have a confession. This will be the 3rd time I have cancelled it in 6 months... Please check in with me in a month and remind me of this post if I have fallen off the wagon.

There will never be a perfect time to start reinventing yourself. If you find yourself here take it as a sign that this is your time to start. It doesn't need any more thinking about. It doesn't need to be saved for a New Year's Resolution. Just start now ... The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is now.
