@Luis Garibay , so do I need to create a workflow to send an SMS during the call? In Native GHL, their agents can send email and sms during the call without the workflow, by just setting it up at their agent controls but are you saying for my Assistant in Assistable, I'd need to trigger a workflow?

I'm not sure I'm following you. Let's say that I already have A2P approved numbers in my GHL, can I somehow use those numbers in Assistable too? And if I can't send SMS from Assistable, do I need to trigger a workflow in GHL to send?
