Example of an "Irresistible Offer" (photo attached)
I nerd out over great offers. May sound silly, but when I see a really good offer, I get all giddy like a school girl. Because they are SO hard to find. Out of 1,000 "offers" I see i would say maybe 2% are what I consider to be great. Even fewer are "irresistible". This is an example of a really good offer. If I was selling my house, I would probably contact this guy. Even though I have NO idea who he is. Reputation? Zero. I haven't looked at his website, any content he's posted, reviews of him... I probably would do a little background info before reaching out... But if he passed the "scammer" test I'd ring him up. (See the flyer attached to this post) I want to stretch your marketing brain a little bit... Comment below with the reasons you think this is a good offer? If we get, 10 comments I'll fire up Loom and explain why this offer is so good, what I would do to make it better, and how you can apply this to your SaaS.

Admittedly, the design does feel a bit on the scammy side - but I am undecided if thats actually working FOR him, or against him. I think if it were “too” polished, it might make it easier to ignore. What makes it compelling though is that he directly speaks to the biggest headaches that people have around selling their house. The things people are dreading. And he takes care of that for them.
Happy to be here (Intro)
Hey everyone! Happy to be here. I've been consuming everything SaaS related lately and the Miro board of landing page advice is gold. I'll share my landing page once I've made the updates based on this. For now, I'm building Content Hub Pro. Think of it like a hybrid of a personal knowledge management system and a social content generator and scheduler. I built the tool for myself initially and with as much content as I consume this has really been a game changer. I find the best video or podcast gems all the time during my morning runs or long drives. They're those insights or quotes that I know I want to come back to or write a post about. Either I forget, or it just feels too tedious to go back and find that exact moment again - especially if it's a 2.5 hour Huberman Podcast... I'd love to hear how are you currently tracking your content. Is it the notes app in your phone? Notion? Sticky notes?

This is a brilliant idea! My idea capturing process is currently a mess. It’s a combination of constantly opened tabs that I don’t want to close, handwritten notes in notebooks, digital notes in my phone, things I’ve written on my Remarkable tablet, pages in Notion… and I’m sure a handful of others. Excited to see what you come up with!
